Course Structure

The SEL and Classroom is the workshop based teachers’ training spread across Six Hours.

Induction to SEL (30mnts)

The session starts with introducing the concept of SEL and its core elements. Setting the base for you to be ready to acquire knowledge related to the concept easily.

5 Live Interactive Sessions on Core Elements of SEL (3 hours)

Each session is amalgamation of Power Point Ptresentations, Videos, Stories, Various activities etc. These sessions provide you complete understanding of core competencies of SEL

1 Live Interactive Session on Teacher as Leader (1 hour)

This is a training session on basic Leadership Skills that Teacher as Leader must possess.

1 Live Interactive Session on Classroom Management (1 hour)

We believe Teachers or Educators evolve with experiences they gain inside the classroom. We as a team, interviewed and collected some tested methods to impliment in classroom. This is the hour to exchange the experience and knowledge.

Self Assessment (30mnts)

Learning is complete when we can practically impliment that in real life situations. We shall use last 30mnts to do the self assessment.

Assessment and Participation Certificate

Certificates will be awarded to all who complete assessments with a score of 60% and above.

Learners will be required to take an situtational based assessment at the end of the training and score a minimum of 60% to earn the Workshop Completion Certificate. We shall assess the participant’s understanding of the concepts covered in the workshops also the ability to apply the same in real-life situations.
